1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Water Taxis

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before departure: Full refund minus any applicable banking processing fees.

  • Cancellations made 6-3 days before departure: Partial refund minus any applicable banking processing fees.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours before departure: Non-refundable.
  • No-shows: Non-refundable.

Full-Day & Half-Day Charters

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before departure: Full refund minus any applicable banking processing fees.

  • Cancellations made 6-3 days before departure: Partial refund minus any applicable banking processing fees.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours before departure: Non-refundable.
  • No-shows: Non-refundable.

Private & Customized Bookings

  • Custom itineraries or special event bookings may have unique cancellation policies, which will be outlined at the time of booking.

Weather-Related Cancellations

  • If we cancel your trip due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

  • Light rain or passing showers typically do not result in cancellations, as conditions can change quickly.


2. Rescheduling Policy

Water Taxis

  • Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance: Free of charge, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling within less than 48 hours: Subject to a rescheduling fee.

Full-Day & Half-Day Charters

  • Rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours in advance: Free of charge, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling within less than 72 hours: Subject to a rescheduling fee.

Emergency Situations

If you experience a medical emergency, flight delay, or unforeseen travel disruption, contact us as soon as possible. We will assess these cases individually and try our best to accommodate you.
