You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred service, date, and time. For special requests or customized itineraries, feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist with your reservation.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required. Please note that completing our booking form or reaching out to us is NOT a confirmation of your reservation/booking. Your reservation is only confirmed and secured once we have received payment of your 50% deposit and any non payment will result in a cancellation of your booking request.

Credit/Debit card and PayPal transfers are accepted. We will send you a credit card authorization form to complete in order for us to charge your card for the deposit and full payment at least 72hrs before departure.

While last-minute bookings may be available, we highly recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons, to secure your preferred date and time. We receive a high volume of requests daily and cannot guarantee last-minute bookings.

Absolutely! We offer customized private charters for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, and other special events. Let us know your request, and we’ll make it a memorable experience.

  1. Complete the booking request information about your group and trip details.
  2. We will reach out with additional details about your trip and send you the credit card authorization form for you to complete the deposit and confirm your booking.
  3. You’ll receive your departure details via email or text 72 hrs before your trip. Arrive at least 15 minutes early at the designated meeting point for a smooth check-in.

Cancellations and Refunds

Yes, cancellations are allowed, but policies vary depending on the service.

  • Cancellations 7 days before departure – full refund of the 50% deposit.
  • Cancellations 6 to 3 days before departure – partial refund of 50% of the deposit. 
  • Cancellations within 72 hrs of departure – no refunds will be issued.

Exceptions are based on extreme weather conditions or if your booking is cancelled by us.

Yes! If you need to change your booking, we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. Rescheduling is free if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Safety is our top priority. If we cancel your trip due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive the option to reschedule or get a full refund.

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. If your arrival is delayed, we’ll do our best to adjust your booking to a later time on the same day when possible. If no alternative is available, standard cancellation policies apply.

No, no-shows are non-refundable. If you anticipate a delay or issue, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in rescheduling.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

What to Expect

You will need to provide us with a photo of the passports for everyone in your group. This is required to ensure that our team checks you in through immigration before your trip. Your photos and IDs will NOT be retained by us and is deleted after our services are concluded.

We recommend bringing a valid ID, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a towel, and a camera to capture the experience. Our charters all include:

  • snorkel masks and fins
  • water and drinks
  • cruising and entry fees
  • captain and crew fees
  • fuel charges

Please note that there are NO restrooms onboard our vessels. Our boats are smaller boats used to facilitate a quick movements across the islands. We recommend making a stop at the restrooms once you are on land.

Yes, certainly feel free to bring your own food and drinks. Our boats also provide coolers which you are free to use during the duration of the service.

If the weather is unsafe, we will either reschedule your trip or offer a full refund. Rain usually doesn’t affect trips and our captains will continue your trip even on rainy days once the weather/sea conditions are safe. At all times, we closely monitor conditions for your safety and the safety of our captains and crew.
